LONDON & BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. | Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) today announced that the company will form three major development alliances with the intention to introduce more than 15 new hotels in the Caribbean and Central America, 25 hotels in Russia and at least 15 hotels in the U.K. throughout the next five years.
