Fendi and Sam’s Club Resolve Dispute (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)
NEW YORK—-Fendi Adele S.R.L., Fendi S.r.l., and Fendi North America, Inc. and Sam’s Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., today announced that they have resolved their dispute in the litigation that Fendi currently has pending against various retailers.
